Am I required to have my own equipment or kart ?

No, at WRA we provide everything you need to race just bring long pants, long sleeve shirt and shoes that fully cover your feet.

 
Can I just show up and drive your karts ?

At WRA your required to have a valid membership that renews each year, you can purchase one if you don’t have one and you will receive driver training that will enable you to drive the fastest karts. You can practice and race once you have received your license.

 
How old do I have to be?

To register yourself you must be 18 years of age or older. Kids may be registered by their parents or legal guardians. Kids 7 turning 8 may register to race in our kids league. They must pass their drivers training course and be licensed by us before they race, Some may only be suitable for practice until enough experience has been acquired.

 
How much does it cost to race a season at IndyKart ?

Racing here at WRA would cost a fraction of what it would if you had your own equipment for clubracing. For approximately the cost of two sets of tires you can be competitive where everyone has equal equipment. Track time will be key to your success. Prices depend on age and class you are racing in. All of our classes are very affordable and we also offer family discounts. Also available is sponsorship templates that can help pay for your racing.

 
Can I use my own gear?

You can bring your own gear and helmet as long as it’s Snell approved and is in good condition and full face with eye protection. Some helmets may be unsuitable because of wear or age.
